1. Stuffing: Put some oil in a pot, and stir fry the chopped onion; add the minced meat, the chopped parsley, some salt and stir well; add the cayenne pepper and the wine. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Add the pâté.?2. Cut off the tops of the peppers and clean out the insides.?3. Stuff the peppers and use the tops of the peppers to close them.?4. Put the stuffed peppers in an oven platter, and add some salt.?5. Pour the stock into the oven platter, and oven cook for about 40 minutes (start with a high temperature, and then turn to medium). Be careful: do not allow the stock to completely evaporate.
