Ingredients
Preparation
Core, seed and rinse the peppers. Cut each pepper into quarters. Put the pepper chunks into a large resealable plastic bag.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pepper; mix well. Pour this sauce over the pepper chunks. Reseal the bag and shake to distribute the sauce.
Preheat a barbecue grill. Remove the peppers from the sauce. Place them, smooth side down, on the hot grill. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes (turning occasionally) or until they are lightly charred on both sides. Remove the peppers from the grill; either leave them in chunks or slice them into strips 1.2 cm wide. Arrange the chunks or strips on a platter, alternating colours. Sprinkle them with crumbled feta cheese.
