Fried peppers

Ingredients


Preparation

Cut the peppers into strips. Place the pepper strips in a pot with milk and allow them to soak for 10 minutes. Drain and flour the strips before frying them in a pan with olive oil for about 10 minutes. Add a little salt and serve.
